Shipping Date
The preorder items for BL Award 2025 will be shipped around mid-July.
Cancellation and Exchange of Products
Once your order is confirmed, cancellations and exchanges are not permitted. Please double-check your items before completing your purchase. Separate orders generate shipping fees respectively. Combined shipping is not accepted after your orders are confirmed. Please order items at once to ship them all together. No refund will be offered if you are unable to receive the items due to personal reasons.
Regarding the exchange of defective products
We would offer refunds and an exchange of items if your order is defective out of the box. Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery using the inquiry form if you find any defects in your order, such as damage, dirt, missing items, or incorrect items. The inquiry form will be open after June.
Please specify and attach the information below in the inquiry form:
・The order number
・The name of items to refund or exchange
・Detailed explanation of your situation
・The image of the invoice with the shipping and delivery dates
・The image of the defect place
・Recipients' name, address, and contact information
Our team will reply within one to five business days. Please resend your items depending on the instructions in our reply. The alternative items will be shipped after our team confirms the defect. However, we will refund if an exchange is impossible, such as when items are sold out or no longer in production. We will also cover the shipping fees for resending items.
■ Ineligible Cases for Refunds and Exchanges
The following cases are not eligible for refunds and exchanges:
・Inquiry after 14 days of delivery
・Inevitable defects through the production and packing processes, such as a small scratch, an air bubble, dust, and a wrinkle
・Used items
・Items not meeting your expectations or not as illustrated
・Sensory defects, such as color, texture, feel, and quality
・Inquiry about the smell characteristic of the items
・A lack of order information
・Inquiry about your mistake of order
・Shipping and Resending abroad are required
・Other cases with great difficulties for us to manage
■ Cooling-off Periods
Cooling-off periods are not obliged to online preorders and over‐the‐counter sales. Please kindly adhere to the above policy when returning items.
